Thank you for checking out my Caricatures for Wedding Entertainment and Sketch Portraits for the Hand Binding Ceremony.
So here I am showing of both sides of my work, Caricatures and Sketch Portraits at the Hand Binding Wedding Ceremony of Alex and Joseph at Michelham Priory House & Gardens in Hailsham, East Sussex.
This was a first for me to combine my Caricature work along with my Live Sketch Portraits work in one event.
The day was set out as I would draw caricatures of the guests after the official ceremony and while people were getting photos taken, then I would move my second, live sketching, set up to the hand binding ceremony in which I could sketch out and capture the couple going through the ritual, then as people went for the Wedding Breakfast (I was thankfully fed on this occasion), I would finish off the ceremony sketch before then continuing caricaturing the guests post meal until my booked time was up.
Something I am happy to do going forward should anyone be interested in having both at their event. Or I can do just caricatures to entertain your guests or even just do sketch portraits of your guests including capturing the ceremony. We would have to make sure the booked time allowed for all this so the longer time booked the better.
The Live Sketch Portraits is on my Illustration side of my work and currently an expansion of my illustration but at events. I am hoping to add this to my website when I do my website update coming soon. In the meantime just get in touch and ask me about my Event Illustration & Sketch Portraits.

There were lots of lovely guests, the Bride and Groom were charming as ever and it was a really good night and the venue makes for either an interesting visit or a great backdrop to your event.
